I posted a similar thought on Yeast Radio, saying that the Republicans seem to be dictating Democrat policy and mid term manifesto. Surly it would be better to bite the bullet and try and distance themselves from anything Republican and hope that the American public apreciate that this is a positive alternative to the party in power. With just 2 parties in the US (I assume I’m right on this, I’m from the UK) having both parties share the same policies isn’t a very democratic situation.
They really need to find their teeth again. There seems to be no opposition. One party politics.
