		<description>I hear you and I dont seek to take anything away from your arguement.. but but but... what Ive learned is that it WIll be possible for them to charge you more IF you have a preexist condition.. so the bill would obligate them to take you but that doesnt mean it would be affordable or equal. 

I mean.. so Ive been told/learning/understanding here in DC.</description>
