Can someone PLEASE tell me how i can repair a .mov file that crashed while being created? it got as far as 6 gb and then wirecast froze because I was playing one of randy wicker’s twisted videos in it and the gdoddman thing is still stuck.

I know a little about QuickTime files, it’s possible the file could be hacked into shape (particularly if it’s a format that can be streamed), but it would mean editing it in hex with no guarantee it would work.
I looked for an app but couldn’t see one for Mac. If you have access to Windows, Google “repair mov file”, there are some out there.
