    Right on! I have been cooking in my cast-iron pans for about 10 years now and love them. Try a cast-iron grill pan — it is just as good as grilling on a BBQ — and can be used all year round. Cast iron also needs far less oil when cooking – for those who are trying to drop the big LBS!
